Program name: IPO Wallet Voice AI Account Verification & Recognition
When you create a IPO Wallet Voice AI account at qualify.ipowallet.com, you are asked to provide your mobile phone number and to explicitly check a consent checkbox before your account can be created. That checkbox reads:
"I consent to receive SMS text messages from IPO Wallet Voice AI at the number above for account verification and phone-line recognition. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for help."
No text messages are sent unless this box is checked. Consent is never a condition of any purchase.
Text messages from IPO Wallet Voice AI are limited to: a one-time 6-digit code to verify your phone number when you create an account, a one-time 6-digit code if you add a team member's phone number to your account, and occasional account-related notices (such as security alerts). We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity — typically one message at signup and one message any time you add a team phone number.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time in two ways: reply STOP to any message you receive from us, or log into your IPO Wallet Voice AI account, open your dashboard, and use the "Text message preferences" toggle to disable SMS. Once you opt out, we will not text you again unless you opt back in through your account dashboard. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to use the toll-free voice line or the web chat — you can still be recognized by caller ID or by entering your account PIN.
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us through the IPO Wallet Voice AI web application.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
